Vegan Cocktails at Cantina Dos Segundos

Ive added a few more beers to the list below.

Hopefully we’ll try out a few local breweries that we haven’t tried now.

I am still waiting to hear back from a few but hopefully these will be added to Barnivor soon.

Also excited for Vegan Cocktails at Cantina Dos Segundos tonight!

Some special vegan food/cocktails for tonight:

Warm Asparagus and Quinoa Salad – vegan
with arugula, red and yellow grape tomatoes, red onion, tempeh croutons, sherry vinaigrette

Vegan Chorizo and Potato Burrito – vegan
With cactus escabeche, pico verde, lettuce, rice, and beans

Spinach and Huitlacoche Enchiladas -vegan
with roasted squash mole, vegan crema, and pumpkin seeds

Spanish Pocha Beans Tinga – vegan
with wild Mexican greens

cocktails:

  • Vegan Horchata/Papaya/Tequila “Creamsicle”
  • Tomatillo/Mezcal “SanMiguelada”
  • Fresh Lime Juice “Gin Rickey”
  • Ginger-Coconut Rum Punch in a Pineapple
